Property managers and building owners
This is the buyer most service companies want, because a maintenance agreement repeats every month. A manager usually comes to you in one of three moments: a new building in the portfolio, a vendor who stopped returning calls, or a contract renewal that prompts a comparison. They search for a maintenance company near the property, ask peers, and request two or three proposals. Your job is to be in the short list and to make the proposal request easy.
